The California Chamber of Commerce released a list of new employment laws scheduled to take effect in 2014 (or earlier) that will have an impact on businesses in California. The new laws will change areas such as:

* Discrimination & Retaliation Protections
* Driver’s License for Undocumented Immigrants
* Leave & Benefits
* Workers’ Compensation
