We’re partnering with a fast growing loan and lease servicer here in San Diego. They’re looking to add a VICE PRESIDENT, SERVICING OPERATIONS to their San Diego team. The company is an aggressive, rapidly growing, top performer in an emerging nexus of the fintech industry.
The Vice President, Servicing Operations reports to the CEO and is responsible for driving performance of the company s internal (non call center) operations. This position is considered fast track within the company and the successful candidate must demonstrate C level potential. The VP Servicing Operations is a new position that will serve as part of the senior management team, along with the CEO, EVP Sales and Marketing, CTO, VP Finance and VP Call Center Operations.
Job Requirements :
- At least 15 years of financial services experience, with 5 in an executive level position.
- Proven track record of inspiring and disciplined leadership
- Excellent interpersonal communications, public speaking and presentation skills.
- Solid working knowledge of operations, IT, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge and experience in consumer finance industry is required.
- Bachelor s Degree required
