This is an open forum. Topics of discussion will include:

  • Providing appropriate medical treatment without unnecessary delay, the Medical Provider Network (MPN), Utilization Review (UR) or other issues.
  • Enabling injured workers to return to work as quickly as medically feasible.
  • Adequate compensation for permanent disabilities.

San Diego Superior Court.  The presentation will also focus on wage and hour issues, including classifying employees as exempt vs. non-exempt.
