Requirements & Job Duties:
- This position requires a goal focused, motivated professional with Commercial Lines Insurance Sales and Management experience
- A proven track record of leadership and sales success within the insurance industry including ongoing development of individual team members through training, mentoring and overall performance management
- Bachelor s Degree preferred
- Creative thinker with an eye toward keeping a team motivated and passionate about their work
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment
- Highly effective organizational and multitasking skills
- Energetic, professional team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
Job duties:
- Provide daily leadership and ongoing training and development to sales and account management team including training for new hires
- Develop and implement key performance indicators and measures of success for individual sales Executives as well as the team as a whole
- Responsible for monitoring and achieving team production and retention goals.
