National Accounts Manager

Position reports directly to the CEO in the San Diego Corporate office. Candidate will successfully develop and serve Partners, National Accounts and Strategic Alliances while maintaining effective relationships with Industry Regulators and Agents. Responsibilities include guiding, influencing and planning for the continued success of the National Accounts Program by maximizing the revenue and earnings of existing Corporate Accounts as well as creating new products for continued growth and profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 3+ years experience that routinely connects & transacts business with Real Estate Entities that would include one of the following:
- Home Warranty Insurance,
- E & O Insurance,
- Title Insurance,
- Real Estate Broker / Agent, National Hazard Disclosure / Inspection Services / Permits, or
- Escrow Executive Management.
Must have 15+ years industry experience in insurance, real estate, financial services, sales, or distribution management role with successful companies.
Must have 2+ years in a role with outside vendors, partners, distributors, or OEM’s that required skills including: liaison, facilitation, project management, support, customer relations.
Must have 2+ Years in a leadership, supervisory or management position over others.
Must have a BS Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Law (or equivalent degree) or related experience that would provide degree equivalency.
- DURATION: Full-time, direct hire opportunity.
- PAY: $55-70K plus incentives, depending on experience.

Also must have a minimum 4 years processing all types of loans including commercial, consumer, participation and credit lines. As the AVP Loan Documentation Specialist you will be accountable for the productivity, training, efficiency and client service effectiveness of the Department in the preparation of loan documents. You will also interface with various officer and non-officer personnel in preparation of documents.

- PAY: $65,000 – $72,000, depending on experience.
