EXPERIENCED PERSONAL LINES CSR – DIRECT HIRE

Well established independent agency in West Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Personal Lines CSR on a direct hire basis. Ideal candidate will have a current CA P&C license and minimum of 4 years independent agency experience. Proficiency with FSC rater & HawkSoft is a big plus. Must have excellent communication skills, adept in carrier guidelines and possess strong personal lines coverage knowledge. Duties will include: policy changes, billing inquiries, renewal reviews, cross selling/account rounding, evidence of insurance and superior overall customer service. Compensation is dependent on experience.
