Job # 42NL – SALES AGENTS
SALES AGENTS needed for a call center in Kearny Mesa. Will be handling incoming calls and selling Individual Health as well as Ancillary Insurance (Dental & Vision, Critical Illness, etc.) This call center is expected to get in 1800 leads per day from internet advertising and the leads are real-time leads. There is NO COLD CALLING. You will be working with all the major carriers: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, etc.
REQUIRED: Qualified candidates must hold an active Life/Health license, have strong closure skills and expert computer skills. Regular and prompt attendance is mandatory for this job.
- DURATION: Positions are temp-to-hire.
- PAY: Hourly pay is $10/hr for the first 9 weeks and then goes to $8/hr OR commission only, whichever is greater. (Commission is not offered during the Temp-to-Hire time frame of 9 weeks. Commission is based on revenue so can be 10% – 40%. For example: you may have 3 good weeks and one bad week, so the commission is adjusted to help out with the bad week(s). The average sales person is earning $65k. The top sales people are earning $110k – $120k.)
- HOURS: Monday – Thursday, 9:30am – 6:30pm and Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.
- TRAINING: Hired candidates will be required to attend a training class for three days prior to working in the call center. This is paid training.
- OTHER: All Employees are W-2 Employees. 401(k) is offered after 1 year of employment, with a company match up to 4%. Health Benefits are offered after 90 days of employment. The company will pay ½ the health benefits.
