Ali Albright

Alison “Ali” Albright has specialized in insurance recruiting and staffing since 2017. She began her career with SDI Staffing in 2017 and proudly rejoined the team in 2026 as a Recruiting & Business Development Specialist. With deep knowledge of the insurance industry and a genuine passion for connecting people, Ali is dedicated to helping insurance agencies and carriers find exceptional talent while guiding candidates toward meaningful long-term career growth.

Known for her relationship-driven approach, Ali takes pride in truly getting to know both clients and candidates to create thoughtful, successful matches. Her understanding of the insurance marketplace, combined with her enthusiasm for helping others succeed, allows her to build lasting partnerships founded on trust, communication, and results.

Born and raised in Coronado, Ali loves traveling and has visited 15 countries. Outside of work, she is most passionate about spending time with her daughter, her two dogs, and her family. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and attending the theatre, and is happiest either at the beach or enjoying the summer Shakespeare Festival at The Old Globe.
